For customers direct payment:We will receive money when the delivery

For customers paying via your account:For payments in advance 100% of the order value (orders are only confirmed upon receipt of payment)

For sale: delivery and collect money at home customers.

For reservations: we will collect before 40% minimum order value through bank transfer or deposit in the showroom, the rest pay enough when delivered.

We will confirm delivery time via e-mail or phone number

• DELIVERY TIME:
  • -For sale: time from the 2-3 days from receiving the order
  • -For goods not available: time from the 7-10 days from receiving the order
• SHIPPING CHARGES:
  • -Free delivery within inner city (under 10 km radius)
  • -Orders outside the free zones, each km will be charged additional 12,000 VND (12,000 VND/km arise)
  • -With the customer or in far away: we will free shipping out stalls, station (located in the free limit), shipping costs from the stalls, stations on the country you are going to pay for the ride home. There are a number of car required currency amount before shipping, we will have to collect the amount estimated, if residue will we pay back through your account.

• DURATION OF WARRANTY
  • Warranty 24 months for the entire product.
• THE WAY
  • The technician will come home to you to check and fix in place if basic error, if the error is greater than would bring about differentiating the factory warranty.
